Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • We accept cancellations with in 24 hours from placing the order. However the actual refund process will occur only after 3 days as the per the banking process.  Returns will be replaced and not refunded.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for the exchange of garments.
  • The outfits can’t be returned or exchanged when it’s customised or personalised orders.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition and has been used, damaged or the tag has been removed, the exchange/cancellation stands invalid. Running materials/Laces once sold will not be replaced/refunded.
  • Once the product has been received we will verify the product for above conditions and will be communicated accordingly.
  • We have taken all steps to ensure that the product that you ordered from ALLURA is as per the product displayed on the website. However we do not guarantee that the color of products displayed on our Website in your computer/Mobile devices accurately represents the actual product.
